So every year around xmas my dad goes out into the backyard and finds a xmas tree for our house. Alot of the time I will go with him and help him pick one out...he only allows certain trees to be cut so this year he went while my mom and I weren't home.....and well we kind of ended up with a not so big tree. It looks much better now that Andrew has decorated it but at first it was a little weak looking. But now it is good just not as full of a tree as he normally gets...
I wanted a picture of andrew and the tree but he got bored with decorating after he caught me moving some of the ornaments that he had placed and told me he had better things to do than be in a picture
Last night we went out for my brother's birthday and while we were at the restuarant when the food came andrew says to the waitress. 'You know what you have the best fries in the whole world.' it was pretty funny at the time.

Yes! My parents once cut down this scraggly little white pine that probably had about 6 branches. They hosted a christmas party for their book club, and it was the main topic of conversation. I hope they do it again soon. You can really see the ornaments on those wimpy little trees.

At least you have a real tree and it's up.... we're a little behind this year for some reason. I still can't get over how big Andrew is getting, he' slucky to have an aunt as cool as you around ;)

Those are the kinds of trees we always had growing up. :) We always called the Charlie Brown trees too!
Love the tree and decorations. Andrew can come put up our tree...it still isn't up.
