Surf¨s up

Well I am now in Montanita, a little town on the coast, it is way different than I expected, I knoew that there would be surfers but there are way more gringos here than I ever expected and most of them dont speak english mostly european I think. anyway it is a town that is constantly on spring break

the jungle was good got to see some monkeys not out in the jungle but at a beach in town nonetheless they were monkeys.

after the jungle we headed out to the villaga of banos....it was pretty cool, we did a couple of really long hikes pretty much climbing up the side of mountains to see and active volcano but never really got a super good view we could feel it rumbling but it was always cloudy and we didn´t get to see much...but we did see smoke one day

then we took a bus to a little town and spent the nice and then the next day took a really long bus ride to get to the coast. after this we are headed north along the coast for awhile and then back to quito and more volcanoes

well I am here in ecuador, so far things have been good we hung out in quito for a couple of days, headed northeast, and went to a little town that i cant spell searched forever for some hotsprings.
Then this morning headed for the town of tena....it rained alot on the way here but so far as been nice here. tena is on the edge of the amazon and we are taking a tour into the jungle tommorow, it is a four day tour and we get to gop to some native villages and a bunch of stuff. well my time is up

gettin ready

Yep I am busy getting ready for my trip to ecuador, I am leaving on sun and can't wait. I am excited to go somewhere new and somewhere that isn't as cold as here.

Getting ready would be easy if I could find some of my stuff.

Sometime this winter I lost my favorite nalgeen bottle (I might have left it at jens parents), I can't find the case that I always use to put my shower stuff in (might have left it in AK). for the longest time couldn't find my undercover purse for my passport(found it).

Some days I think that I am losing my mind

Dont worry Ill take lots of pictures and even try to update my blog a couple of times while I am there.

Hopefully there isn't bad weather and I make it there no problem

I already got a call this week from the airline telling me that there was a change in my itinerary. I was scared for a moment and then when the lady told me what it was I was really scared. My flight returning to the US didn't exist anymore...crap
but then she told me there was one the next day.....so yeah for being able to stay another day..I was worrried we would have to come back way sooner or something like that.
